Team Lausanne won the 2023 edition of the 3x3 Swiss Tour presented by Alpian by winning the final against Team Ham with a score of 21 to 17. The Vaudois team succeeds Team Fribourg and thus regains its property. They qualified for the FIBA 3x3 World Tour stage in Debrecen scheduled for the end of August.
Team Lausanne consisted of Marco Lehmann, Gilles Martin, Westher Molteni and Carlos Martinez, who was elected MVP of the tournament.
